Student rates and accommodation are only for current students with valid student cards or equivalent identification. Presentation of student identification will be required upon arrival at the conference.

Student Registration Rates
The registration fee for students is $300 CAD, and entitles students to attend all conference sessions as well as the Friday workshop. The Welcoming Reception on Monday evening is also included in this fee.

Accommodations

A small block of rooms has been reserved at the University of Ottawa's suite-style residence for students attending HAV 2011. Rates for the two-bedroom air-conditioned units each with a double bed - a large kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge table and chairs, and private washroom with shower starts at $115 for two guests and includes an all-you-can-eat breakfast. This residence is approximately 1 km from the Westin Hotel where the conference will take place (map) (a different route map will be available shortly).
