Instructions for Poster Presenters
Poster Presentations will be held in the Governor General II room, located next to the room in which the HAV2011 Plenary sessions will be held. Poster Presentations will be co-located with the coffee break service.
Setup
Posters presenters are asked to put their presentations up on the poster boards provided, before noon on Wednesday June 15th. Posters should remain available for viewing until noon on Thursday June 16th.
Each poster presenter is allocated a surface space 115 cm wide x 89 cm high (45 inches x 35 inches). The mounting surface is a soft material that accepts Velcro. A supply of Velcro will be available in the poster area for mounting posters.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Authors are asked to stay within their space allocation, as otherwise they will be encroaching on another author’s assigned space.
Presentations
The Poster Session will be on Wednesday 15 June from 1400h until 1630h. Poster presenters are asked to stay with their poster through this time, so that they can discuss their work and answer any questions which may arise. The Poster Session will run in parallel with the Medical Surveillance Workshop in the adjacent room (Governor General I) and through the afternoon coffee break. The formal Poster Session will end at 1630h.
