Instructions for Oral Presenters

Authors making oral presentations at HAV2011 are expected to meet with their Session Chairs in the meeting room (Governor General III) approximately 15 minutes before their Session begins.
Electronic copies of visual presentations should be submitted to the HAV 2011 registration/information desk onsite no later than the morning of their scheduled presentation.
The standard format is Microsoft Powerpoint for PC.
Speakers will have access to one screen, one podium microphone, and one lapel microphone.
Any additional video or audio requirements must be discussed with the HAV2011 Conference Secretariat before 3 June, to see if the requests can be accommodated. Call +1 (613) 993-9495, or email HAV2011@nrc.cnrc.gc.ca.
